Great value, great staff! Would go again. The staff is the most knowledgeable and fun in the business! They made the trip safe and enjoyable. The kayaking was easy and not too far to get to and from the bay. We had to view the luminescence from under a tarp due to light pollution, but we knew that might happen. There was also a lot of noise from other groups that were not with our agency, nothing you can do but it did take away from the experience.

School tour was excellent We were on a school tour and this company took the time to make sure we knew how to kayak safely. They were entertaining and knowledgeable. We all had a fantastic time.

Nice but know what it is This was a nice tour. The tour guides were good and kept everyone together and safe. We could only get a booking on the night of the full moon, but it was still nice. We had a tarp over our kayak for about 5 minutes so we could see the effect. It is like little sparks in the water, like when you eat a lifesaver in the dark in front of a mirror. Know before you go that you will be walking in knee-deep warm water to get into and out of your kayak and sitting in water in your kayak the whole time. They are the kind of kayaks that you sit on and have scupper holes so water is always in and out. I recommend you bring your phone in a waterproof case with a lanyard, even if your phone is waterproof. This will give you a place to put your phone because a bag is impractical on this trip. Leave a towel and a change of clothes in the car. You can get changed in the bathroom afterwards. This was not an exclusive or original trip. You are on the tour with 30 people, and there were at least two other tours from other companies going on at the same time. You all paddle down single file to the lagoon, then break into your tour groups, well spaced from the other groups, but attached to all the other people in your group. There is a little restaurant and a food truck in the parking lot area, so you can get something to eat and drink before your tour. This is a tourist thing, but still fun to do. Even though it was crowded, it is neat to go night kayaking through the mangroves.

Kayak Tour at Night We did the 6:30 - 8:30 bioluminescent kayaking tour. The staff was pleasant and guided about 12 kayaks with 2 people in a kayak a mile down the river. I enjoyed the experience, but I wish there weren't so many kayak companies and kayaks in our group, but I guessed I should have expected that. We were instructed to kayak single file to and from making sure to follow the tiny blue light on the back of our group's canoes. It is a slow paddle because of the number of kayaks. I personally wouldn't recommend the 8:30 pm tour because of how dark it was at night and the light on the kayak was incredibly tiny. At least on the 6:30 tour, we still had some natural light on the way out. Overall, not a bad tour for the vacation experience.

Great experience. Highly recommend! This tour is amazing! You kayak through mangroves in the dark. The guides are so knowledgeable. If you have a hard time paddling, they help you. The weather was perfect . The moonlight was unobstructed so they gave you a tarp so you can a block out the light to see the bioluminescence. Great trip!

A Must Do! Our guides were amazing! Super knowledgeable and so nice! For those that are not experienced kayakers like myself, do not fear! You will not be left behind. We had 3 guides on our journey that provided instructions and were there to help and assist if needed.
