You have 24 hours before check-in time to request changes or cancel for a full refund. All cancellations must be made by phone or email directly to Island Kayaking Adventure. Guests who are no-shows or late arrivals will receive the total charge. – Same-day reservations are considered final sales.
Groups of 10 or more guests must cancel one week before for a full refund. Cancellations made within a week, no-shows, and late arrivals will be subject to a full charge.
Weather Cancellation: Weather conditions may cause marine activities to be canceled, resulting in total refunds. If you choose not to attend without prior cancellation notice, you will be charged if the adventure proceeds. Tour cancellations may occur at the last minute or on-site.
Rebooking Fee: Any rescheduling made less than 24 hours before your check-in time will incur a rebooking fee of $25 plus tax per person, subject to availability.
When you book your adventure with us, we reserve a space in our calendar exclusively for you, making it unavailable to other clients. Our cancellation policy must be strictly adhered to maintain fairness towards our staff and other clients.
