A minimum of 6 guests is required to operate the tour.

All odd-numbered groups or solo kayakers will be paired up during the tour.

All participants must sign a Waiver and Release form to participate in our tours.

You will paddle moderately for two miles: one mile in and one mile out. As a result, you should be reasonably fit and agile (with upper body strength) to get in and out of the kayak while keeping your back at a 90-degree angle.

Children ages 6-14 must be accompanied by a responsible adult in a tandem kayak. — Participants aged 15 to 17 must have an adult accompany them throughout the tour.

You will get wet! We recommend wearing comfortable, quick-drying clothing, water shoes, or sandals (required). A change of clothing for after the tour is optional.

Understand that bioluminescence is a natural occurrence with varying brightness. To enhance the experience, we use a tarp to minimize any interference on high-light pollution nights.

Sargassum seaweed floats freely in the Caribbean and Gulf of Mexico. While beneficial, it can wash up and smell. Its presence depends on seasons and currents. While companies strive to keep shores clean, you might encounter some during your tour.

This adventure is not permitted for pregnant women, anyone wearing a cast, or guests suffering from heart conditions, neck or back problems, epilepsy, or dizziness. Participants must be a minimum of 6 years old to participate. We will not admit anyone suspected to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol and will strictly enforce this zero-tolerance policy.

The maximum weight limit is 225 lbs (102kg) per person. Weight checks will be conducted before each session. Participants exceeding the weight capacity will not be allowed to participate, and no refunds will be issued. Please inform your party members accordingly.
